VITNI

PARTNERSHIPS · PROJECT SUPPORT

Help build credentials people can carry.

Vitni is being built around organization-owned issuer identities and portable Open Badges. We want the standards, recipient experience, and self-hosted path to work well beyond one platform.

Partnership contact details are not configured yet. The roadmap and project status are available below.

01 / INTEROPERABILITY

Test the edges.

Work with us on credential exchange, verifier behavior, standards interpretation, and wallet interoperability. Concrete test cases help keep issued credentials useful outside Vitni.

02 / PILOT PROGRAMS

Bring a real use case.

Training teams, education programs, associations, and open communities can help shape authoring, delivery, recipient sharing, and the self-hosted setup.

03 / PROJECT SPONSORSHIP

Fund shared work.

Project sponsorship can support accessible documentation, test infrastructure, security reviews, interoperability work, and maintenance of the Community direction.

COMMUNITY + BUSINESS

One credential core.
Two ways to operate.

Community Edition is the planned self-hostable base. It is intended to keep badge authoring, issuer control, issuing, public verification, export, and portability available to operators.

Business Edition is planned as an additive offer. Managed hosting, enterprise administration, integrations, support, and service commitments belong on that path. Business features must not change the meaning or validity of a credential.

Licensing is still pending. Vitni has not published its Community license or contribution policy yet. We will publish those terms before calling the project open source or accepting code contributions under them.
